We begin our trip bright and early tomorrow morning... Well more like tonight. Our plane departs at 6:10 in the morning. Before then we have to eat a delicious gourmet lasagna dinner at Jen and Aunt Tessa's house, finish moving Garrett's things out of his apartment, shovel out a place for his truck, move our things into his parents' crawl space and finalize our packing. We have been moving nonstop today, running around like chickens with our heads cut off!
From Anchorage we are flying to Seattle and meeting up with Garrett's cousin Alex Ulmer and continuing on to Seoul. South Korea and from there Bangkok! We will be getting to Bangkok fairly late at night...From there the tentative plan is to head north into Laos to do the thing called the Gibbon Experience where you spend several days living in these tree forts and hiking the Bokeo Nature Reserve in search of a rare species of Gibbon. From there who knows. Borneo maybe???
Well thats the plan as of now. We will be updating this blog with pictures, videos, and stories as often as possible. We are new to the "blogging experience" so be patient with us!
